Taiwan Semiconductor Holds Up

While many other chipmakers had big selloffs in the past few days, Taiwan Semiconductor has pulled back gradually. It's been consolidating for a few weeks and could have a flat base in a week. If it moves sideways for a couple of weeks the 10-week line may catch up.
